Ash Aminian

As a partner at KDW with over 15 years of experience, Ash Aminian represents a wide range of clients, including Fortune 200 companies, large and mid-sized public companies, start-ups, and research universities. He takes a solutions-centered approach to client counseling in a broad range of IP matters. Additionally, he has authored hundreds of patents and has prosecuted thousands of patent applications in the U.S. and abroad.

Ash’s client base spans the gamut of industry and technologies, including automotive sensors and safety systems, circuit protection devices, semiconductor devices and manufacturing, industrial processing equipment, safety and security systems, wireless communications, pharmaceutical devices and business methods, and robotics.

Prior to joining KDW, Ash was a patent attorney with the law firm of Kremblas & Foster in Columbus, Ohio, where his practice focused on patent preparation and prosecution and client counseling in a range of intellectual property matters.
