Babak Nouri
Prior to joining the team at KDW, Babak spent 6 years helping business clients in financial and technology sectors obtain patents in a diverse range of technologies, from cryptographic authentication and automated payment systems to software-defined networks, 5G network/mobile technologies and cloud computing.
In that time, Babak also provided key technical support and strategy guidance for post-grant challenges while advancing several stalled cases to allowance by re-formulating the prosecution strategy and achieving a high rate of success in prosecution of computerized business methods. Babak also draws from early years of experience helping several university clients obtain patents in diverse technical areas from electrical/electronic systems, optoelectronics, lasers, medical instrumentation and mechanical systems.
Prior to that Babak was a doctoral researcher at the University of Maryland working on ultra-sensitive optical sensing arrays. He also has served as an adjunct professor in advanced analog electronic design at the George Washington University (GWU), and as a guest technical reviewer for the Optics Express journal. Babak also has 5 years of professional experience, as an engineer, in telecommunication and networking industries.
