Fusheng Xu

As a patent agent at KDW, Fusheng draws from more than a decade of intellectual property practice experience to prepare and prosecute patent applications. He helps client obtain high-quality patents to protect client’s invaluable intellectual property assets.

Prior to joining the team at KDW, Fusheng spent about 5 years as patent agent at a big general practice law firm, where he prepared and prosecuted patent applications, and supported partners in litigation. He also draws from his early years of experience at other law firms and as in-house patent agent at a big computer software company, where he prepared and prosecuted patent applications, and provided patent protection strategy counselling.
