Giuseppe Molaro

As a partner at KDW, Giuseppe Molaro channels more than 20 years of experience into a practice that focuses on patent portfolio management— both domestic and foreign—trademark procurement, and strategic counseling. His extensive exposure to both in-house counsel and law firm practice allowed him to develop a strategic process to find success within a wide array of industry and technology.

Giuseppe’s cross-industry experience encompasses freedom-to-operate investigations—including infringement and validity opinions—as well as competitor patent portfolio analysis, licensing, and transactional matters.

Prior to his role at KDW, Giuseppe served as senior intellectual property counsel at the New York based Leviton Manufacturing Company, where he was responsible for all aspects of IP portfolio management and procurement. He gained additional in-house experience in his IP counsel role at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation.
